Enjoyed the hotel, convenient to the airport (only a 12 minute walk, 3 minute drive, or take the free hotel shuttle available 24/7). Knocking off 1 star here because the pool was not available. A sign said it was under maintenance, but everything appeared to be perfectly fine. It didn't help that it's the primary image used to advertise this hotel on their website and on Google, as well as being fully visible from both windows of our hotel room. We were hoping for a little dip with the family, so that was a bit disappointing.

Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable. Cleaning staff were very friendly and went above and beyond keeping the room in great shape. Can walk to the food trucks or to Costco which is a bonus. Minutes from the airport, and was a great launching point for any part of the island, literally 30-45 minutes or less from anywhere except Hana.
